Also an Induction Technique that is safe to use as an introduction to the relief of tension and a Relaxation Technique.

Lesson 2. Hypnosis: Deepening Techniques Taking the Induction Technique in Lesson One a step further by showing how to deepen the trance state.

Lesson 3. Hypnosis: Termination of Hypnosis Although the initial Induction script has a termination technique, there are many others that can be used. This lesson discusses and teaches how to terminate hypnosis safely leaving no 'side effects' or residual negative feelings.

Lesson 4. Hypnosis: Principles of Suggestion/Post Hypnotic Suggestion. Now you can take a client into hypnosis, deepen the trance state and then terminate safely, it is time to learn how to give the client suggestions that will relieve the problem being treated. These must be done correctly and ethically and included in this lesson are suggestions that can be acted upon after termination of hypnosis.

Lesson 5. Hypnosis: Practical - Basic Hypnosis (Progressive Relaxation) -- Another technique that incorporates 'Progressive Relaxation'. This script is very effective in taking a client into hypnosis when resistance is present.
